Transparent Pricing

General

We provide expert design, implementation, and consultancy services for Thrive Themes, ScoreApp, and other specialized marketing tools.

Working Hours & Velocity

• Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri | 9AM - 5PM ET (1hr lunch). Work outside these hours is billed at 2x rate.
• Delivery: Ongoing work typically completed within 48 hours. Larger projects require prior scheduling.
• Iteration Loop: We work in 2-hour sprints. After each sprint, you receive a video overview of progress. Feedback is processed in the next 48-hour window.
• Holidays: Christmas (Dec 15 - Jan 15) and Summer (June 23 - Aug 7) breaks apply.

Infrastructure

Clients are responsible for hosting, uptime, traffic management, and security. We recommend best practices but interaction with service providers remains with the client.

Backups

The client is responsible for making, testing, and restoring backups. Security and data integrity are handled at the server level by your provider.

Testing Protocol

We test on Chrome (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile) on a best-effort basis. Final responsibility for review and testing lies with the client. Thorough multi-browser testing is available as an add-on.

Performance & SEO

We optimize images and follow Thrive best practices to minimize load times. We are not liable for SEO ranking fluctuations resulting from site changes.

Time Tracking

For transparency, all project hours are tracked through Hubstaff or Upwork, ensuring you only pay for active execution time.

Compliance

It is the client's responsibility to ensure all content and functionality comply with local laws and industry-specific policies.
